Terms of Service

By accessing or using Elimupoa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Elimupoa provides software tools for schools and institutions, including private and public institutions, to support digital school operations.

• Authentication is provided through Clerk, including account credentials such as email and password.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your account.
• School administrators are responsible for assigning role-based permissions to staff users.

Schools and institutions are data controllers for school data processed in Elimupoa. Elimupoa acts as a data processor.

Schools are responsible for ensuring they have legal authority to collect and process school records uploaded to the platform.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized system access.
• Upload or transmit illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Export, download, or disclose school information without authorized admin-level rights.
• Use the platform in a way that disrupts service integrity or security.

Payment workflows may be processed through M-Pesa Express. Pricing plans and features are provided as published by Elimupoa.

We reserve the right to revise package pricing. Where pricing changes apply to existing customers, we will provide at least two months notice by email before the updated pricing takes effect.

Elimupoa and all related software, content, trademarks, and platform materials are owned by Valkom Studios and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to customers.

We may update, improve, or modify service features from time to time. We may also suspend access where needed for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or abuse prevention.

Elimupoa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elimupoa and Valkom Studios are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elimupoa and Valkom Studios from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, security threats, legal obligations, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes arising from or related to these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email.
